Large patches of dead grass around my Grandparents graves . A lot of new monuments or decorations but this cemetery has Always had a problem with general maintenance. Beside dead grass there are gravestones being coved with grass, several inches below the the top of grass.

Update: I have updated my review from one star to five. Mark from Cheyenne Memorial Gardens called me regarding our experience. Mark was very kind and understanding. I very much appreciate his time and efforts to make things right. We are looking forward to the improvements in the future! Thank you again, Mark! My family and I stopped by the cemetery this morning to put flowers on our dear ones headstones. There is a large sign as you enter stating flowers will be removed on Friday around noon. This is so upsetting since we drove over 8 hours to leave flowers for Memorial Day. We still placed our flowers out even though they will be thrown out tomorrow. This was very heartbreaking since we do not get to Cheyenne very often. We made a phone call to the office only to be met with “we do this every year”. We were told this weekly clean up was to help maintain the cemetery. If this is case, then they need to clean off the headstones because they were buried in old grass clippings. I spent a few minutes cleaning off a headstone that could barely be seen. For me, if they are using the excuse to throw away flowers to maintain the cemetery then at least have the respect to clean off our loved one’s headstones. This place is ran by people that are cold, callous and devoid of human emotion.

This where my Daughter Ashley Nicole Whitehead is buried she is right next to her Grandparents Frank and Betty Whitehead because that’s where my ex-husband and I wanted her.
