My wife and I have switched vets to Broadmoor because of just how well our cats are taken care of. It is a very personal experience every time we bring any of our pets in. Us and our pets are treated as if they are the only pets on the planet. You can feel it every time. Every single person at Broadmoor very much cares about everyone and their animals. Their level of care and interest are unmatched in our eyes. Thank you so so much to all staff at Broadmoor.

The doctor is absolutely fantastic she lets me ask every question without being annoyed. She answers all my questions with extra detail. The receptionist are amazing Ari put me in another room because she knew my dog was anxious. Which was so kind of her. They go out of their way to make sure you and your animal are okay.

Every visit is a great experience for my GSD service dog. I genuinely trust Broadmoor Veterinary Clinic with his care, and that peace of mind matters to me. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming, and they take the time to communicate clearly and treat him with patience and respect. Their service is reliable, the environment is clean and calm, and I always leave feeling confident he was well cared for. The team at Broadmoor East have taken care of all our fur babies, over the last decade, and then some. They were great to work with last year when our more cantankerous catahoula got into it with "something larger than a house cat" and required emergency surgery. Most recently, they were able to get our youngest in for a spay in relatively quick time. They were great with Izzy and several staff members commented on how sweet she was during her stay with them on surgery day. They even called to follow up on her post-op condition. We have seen several of the vets and techs and it is always a pleasure at Broadmoor!

Broadmoor East is a wonderful place to take your pet. They take great care of my dog. The groomer is a dog whisper. I don't have to give her meds anymore to get groomed. She has been boarded several times and she has always had great care. I will continue to take my dog to Broadmoor East.
