Avenues Pet Clinic

Have been a customer for nearly 25 years now, with a number of furry kids in that time. Avenues have always done their best to take care of my animals. Any number of the Dr's and staff have gone above and beyond to deliver top notch care. Today was no exception. My dog woke up in significant pain. Called them at 7am, was given a 9am appointment by Tosha. Dr. Scott was very thorough and pleasant. He spent time explaining his diagnosis and sharing the x-rays and lab tests. For short notice, he didn't make us feel like an inconvenience. Thank you, Avenues, for always providing top quality care for my animals.

A couple of weeks ago, our dog Ronald was unfortunately attacked by a wild animal. In a panic, I immediately googled "best vet near me," and I’m so glad it led me to Avenues! The initial surgery was done on the same day I called, and I was able to bring him in just 20 minutes after the phone call. They were really on it! The follow-up appointments have been fantastic, too. Just earlier this week, Ronald’s stitches popped open, but they got us in right away and had a solid plan for fixing them. Everything went super smoothly! The whole staff is incredibly caring—they took the time to get to know Ronald and now greet him by name as soon as we walk in. Dr. Jones is amazing and so patient with our crazy boy. Lexy, her tech, is super knowledgeable and has taken such good care of Ronald time and time again. The front desk crew is welcoming and fun, bringing such good vibes to the place. We truly appreciate everything they’ve done for us!! Thank you Dr. Jones and crew!!! 🙂

Upset! My bf’s dog went in there for allergy issues a couple months ago, they also gave him a nail trimming and they cut two of his nails WAY TOO SHORT. One of them HAS NOT GROWN since we brought him there, MONTHS ago. He’ll never go back!

Everyone at Avenues Pet Clinic treats my fur babies as if they were their own family. I was very worried about my dog getting neutered, and they reassured me multiple times and kept me updated throughout the procedure. My dog's surgery went fantastic, and he has healed so quickly without pain or discomfort. They are accommodating and responsive when I repeatedly call with questions and always answer them with care. I highly recommend anyone in the area to take their pets to Avenues if their pets are family. They are the best.

It seems like several places expect a dog to pass M-F 8-5, we lost our elder dog on a Saturday morning and started scrambling for a place to be able to cremate our boy. We called avenue vet clinic and within a hour he was taken off. We can’t express our gratitude enough for them being a bright spot in our difficult time.
