Our beautiful Lucy crossed the rainbow bridge after offering us 15 1/2 years of unconditional love. Jackie and the staff at Treasured Tails were exceptional in the care, sympathy and understanding they offered during our time of grief. They treated our Lucy with respect and love as if she was their own pet. We highly recommend them when the time comes for you to say goodbye to your family pet.

When we suddenly and unexpectedly lost out beloved 11-month old kitty, Eddie, I knew that Jackie and Treasured Tails was the only place I could trust to help us navigate this difficult time and take the best care of our sweet boy. We drove 3 1/2 hours to Treasured Tails and as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, Jackie took care of us in a way that is hard to put into words. The kindness, compassion and outpouring of love myself and my 16 year old son received will always be such a cherished memory in one of our most difficult times. The care provided to Eddie and the beautiful options to memorialize him was top notch. I may be biased as I work for Rozga Funeral Homes....but I knew that once Treasured Tails was here...our fur babies would be taken care of. That came to frution.We lost our 17 yr old kitty Cynthia aka "Baby Smooches " this past July. She passed at home surrounded by her family and love.
