Preferred Care Funeral & Cremation Services

I live in Iowa and was looking for a cremation for my 39 yr old brother who had stage 4 lung cancer. I’ve been considering preferred care for a few months … fast forward doc gave me that call Jan 3 2026 I get to Milwaukee hospital called and told preferred care it will be a day or so within 45 mins I was calling back because my brother had actually passed. Carolyn was so supportive, kind, patience with me while trying to split the payment she even did it manually for me. Even took off the 382.00 fee since he passed away at hospital. It was very easy n simple and affordable definitely recommend

With no prior planning in place, Preferred assisted in every aspect. I felt very at ease knowing my Dad was in good hands and if I had questions they were answered immediately without hesitation. No one wants to be in this situation, but Preferred made this so much easier on our family. Great customer care and communication. Thankful for the support and assistance from Francisca.

Preferred Care was wonderful in taking care of my father-in-law when he passed away. We had a very bad experience with another company that never showed up! Preferred Care sent someone even though they hadn’t been notified by hospice. They waited outside until they got their notification and came in immediately after. It saved us a great amount of time as we already were waiting over five hours due to the other company not showing up. Preferred Care was very compassionate and caring with our loved one.
