I lost my Edie on Christmas and took her here the day after. I can’t praise these folks enough. I wish I could remember the gals name that helped me, but what a caring and compassionate person. The way she held my girl when taking her, how she spoke with me, and how calming and kind she was just made the experience so much easier. It felt like she really cared and wanted to take the best care of Edie as she could. My Edie was ready to be picked up within a couple days and the footprint and feathers they gave me are beautiful. Just couldn’t have asked for better people to help me through this tough time. Your pet is in fantastic hands here and will be taken care of. Absolutely wonderful.

So disappointed I was already grieving because of having had my baby put to sleep at Emergency vet and unfortunately this was my option. I have since learned of other places including one my regular vet uses. I encourage you to look at cheaper options their prices are ridiculous and sadly I wasn't able to afford to even get her ashes when a paw print is normally included they charge 59.00 no stand oh and if you forget to get pets fur that is a charge also:( So disappointed but as always I learn through my mistakes but never again

Communally cremated my dog of almost 16 years after our first conversation on the phone i made it very clear i was only interested in private cremation. I haven’t cremated in the past and didn’t know the process. At the time of his unexpected passing, i didn’t know what i wanted for keepsakes, so they told me to look online. We played phone tag and in the end they chose to send a letter to the wrong address communally cremate him & i now have nothing left of my baby.

They wanted to charge me $27 for someone to take a pair of scissors and cut off a few locks of my dogs fur to put in a ziplock bag Really? That’s utterly ridiculous. I understand that it’s a business but to profit off every single thing when people are grieving the loss of their fur baby is ludicrous. After that I no longer wanted them to cremate my baby. The chosen company did it free of charge and even offered to put his fur in a glass keepsake bottle at no extra cost. It’s the little things that make you feel a little better. Trusted Journey should take notes

The staff was incredibly kind and compassionate throughout the entire process. They arranged a beautiful ceremony for my family. Everyone we interacted with was phenomenal and the presence of support animals added an extra layer of comfort for us. I would highly recommend this place.
