Dan was very comforting, it was like sitting with a close friend. He went above a beyond with getting the military paperwork we needed so my grandfather could have full military honors service. EVERYONE was great from start to finish. Also it was a cold day for the funeral I will never forget the woman worker unfortunately I forgot her name but she walked over to my grandmother and covered her with 2 blanket's. Cress Funeral Home goes above and beyond, showing us empathy and compassion, as well as great professionalism from the start making arrangements to the end at the internment.

Today my mother and I met with, Laura Hemphill. We had questions regarding their services. Hemphill was more concerned with how we were going to pay for their services. She just rattled on and on. She ignored my questions for the most part and became upset when I tried to explain that we had questions we needed answers to. The information that she was throwing at us was overwhelming. We left very upset and will no longer patronize this business.

Thank you so much Christine for the beautiful service for my mothers sister "Shelva ( Nene) Mathews" burial. My mother was so pleased! Everything was so gracious and beautiful ! Thank you again for all your support and communication. The day was absolutely Beautiful!

Christine was amazing!! She was understanding and did everything she could to take the burden and worries off of me. She just kept saying I can take care of that don’t worry about it and she did, I just needed to show up. Your mind goes in so many different directions it’s almost like you don’t have time to grieve. Everything was beautiful, Christine and the staff at Cress went above and beyond! Myself and my family will be forever grateful!!
