Dan was very comforting, it was like sitting with a close friend. He went above a beyond with getting the military paperwork we needed so my grandfather could have full military honors service. EVERYONE was great from start to finish. Also it was a cold day for the funeral I will never forget the woman worker unfortunately I forgot her name but she walked over to my grandmother and covered her with 2 blanket's. Today my mother and I met with, Laura Hemphill. We had questions regarding their services. Hemphill was more concerned with how we were going to pay for their services. She just rattled on and on. She ignored my questions for the most part and became upset when I tried to explain that we had questions we needed answers to. The information that she was throwing at us was overwhelming. We left very upset and will no longer patronize this business.

Christine was amazing!! She was understanding and did everything she could to take the burden and worries off of me. She just kept saying I can take care of that don’t worry about it and she did, I just needed to show up. Your mind goes in so many different directions it’s almost like you don’t have time to grieve. Everything was beautiful, Christine and the staff at Cress went above and beyond! Myself and my family will be forever grateful!!
