From the very first phone call, Philip and Samantha provided nothing but comfort and empathy during such a heartbreaking time. They were patient, never rushing us, and took the time to explain the science and beauty of the aquamation process with genuine care. Choosing water over fire just felt like the right thing for our father who we lost so unexpectedly and miss so much. They were a sanctuary of kindness. If you are looking for a dignified, environmentally conscious way to say goodbye, I cannot recommend Cremation by Water enough for their professionalism and their profound compassion.
We took our big boy here after his passing. Everyone was wonderful and informative from start to finish. I travel for work in healthcare, they helped me navigate everything from another state the night it happened. They were wonderful and compassionate during the pick up process. His urn, paw print, etc all look beautiful. Thank you all so very much. We appreciate you from the bottom of our hearts.
