worst of the worst company very greedy and rude . we had our best friend final wishes done thru them they came picked her up all nice and great . they quoted us about 2000 dolar a week later we recieved a $2680 bill because she was a bigger lady . we applied for help from the state who coverd $2500 of the bill . compassion cremation is still insisting in us pay the big people fee and want us to pay now over $800 out of pocket even they already recieved 2500 from the state and bill said 2680 . and to top it off when we refused to pay that 800 went to the rest of the family and tried get the money there . rip off alarm ... dont trust ur loved ones with them ...
very greedy first bill was way more than their quote after we recieved help from state what coverd most the bill they still try to get over 800 out of us . even the bill was other than 160 dollars coverd .. they refused to take that and went thru other family members to push them to pay the over 800 bucks .... redicilous people
