I highly recommend peaceful valley , they took such care of my Bella who was my childhood cat for 13 years. They put so much love into her and I appreciate it so much. ❤️

My cat passed away unexpectedly late on Sunday night 10/22/2023. She was hit by a car right out front of our house. We had our Brownie for 7 years. She was my daughter’s cat since she was 4 years old and now she’s 11. She’s the only pet we have ever had and she was a huge part of our family. All 3 of us (myself, my husband and our daughter) we completely devastated! So I started calling around to find a place to have her cremated and I must’ve called 4-5 different places and they all sounded rude and were trying to rush me off the phone. I was crying so hard I could barely speak and all those places made it so much worse. When I called peacefully valley it was a completely different experience. She was patient and kind and caring and compassionate. She told me to take my time and take deep breaths and told me that it was okay to be upset and she was there to help me. I would give 100 stars if I could. I can’t express how much this has helped my grief and healing process. Dropping my baby off to be cremated was one of the hardest things I ever did in my life but I was thankful to have such a wonderful place take care of her. We picked her up 3 days later and everything is beautiful 💕 she even gave us a locket of her hair and several ink paw prints 🐾. This is one of the hardest things I’ve gone through and I’m so grateful to peaceful valley for being so kind and compassionate.

It’s never going to be a great memory when you’ve lost your best friend after their whole lifetime together BUT I was very happy with their professional and very compassionate service and they were able to come pick up my baby boy when I was in no shape to drive across the county. It’s not cheap and they don’t deliver afterwards but it’s efficient, well run and they included a card with a lock of Gucci’s hair pinned with a ribbon. Also and very importantly, I didn’t have to tell them how to spell Gucci correctly on the box with his ashes. As a pet sitter I deal with a lot of pet losses and am very affected too. I’m pretty much useless at consoling parents but I can at least get them info or help with the next steps. I’m happy to know about Peaceful Valley so I can recommend them when they’re needed.

Peaceful Valley was an excellent choice and the best sendoff we could give our 11-year old kitty, Susie. Everything from the best customer service you could ask for, along with the quality of the wooden box (Amish made), down to small details like a hair clipping, were just exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. While losing a pet is utterly heartbreaking, Peaceful Valley, would be our choice again and again for their outstanding friendliness and care that they showed toward us, especially during a difficult time.
