James you are amazing you talked to Capone and prayed with him and made this Momma feel at ease to leave my boy I knew he was in the best hands his family couldnt thank you enough for your kindness and compassion I'd give you 100 stars if I could I highly recommend Faithful Friends to anyone who loses their best friend
I couldn't ask for a kinder, more understand location to take a pet. James was very kind and nice to talk to. He let me share stories and shared his own. It made leaving Quiz with him easier. Matt was also very kind and easy to speak with. Made sure I had everything Quiz came with. I highly recommend this location should you ever lose a loved one of any form.
I had a great experience with the pet services they offer. They were very accommodating and were able to meet right away on a weekend. It was great to have someone so kind and personable to help with this unfortunate process. Thank you for everything
I lost my dog Sophia on 6/24/22. They were the first place to open and have a 24 hr answering service. Although there was a bit of miscommunication they went above and beyond to correct the issue. They are affordable and very sweet and understanding in our time of need. I would highly recommend them and will use their cremation services when my other dogs cross the rainbow bride. Thank you Faithful Friends!
We've taken two of our pet rats here. The first one went well, his urn looks very nice and it was very clean when we got it. However, the second one was not. When we received it, there was ash around the edge of it and the urn was chipped in a few places. Imagine our dismay reaching in to take out the urn and having out little boy's ashes on our fingers. Like I said, the first time was great. I dont know if they were just busy or something for the second one, but it was just really unpleasant to see and feel his ashes when we weren't expecting to.
