I can’t thank the staff here enough, my boyfriend lost his dog yesterday and I unfortunately was not able to be there with him. There was a slight language barrier that caused a miscommunication about their wishes to have her cremated and receive her ashes back, I spoke to Ashley and Vicky and they were both so kind and helpful with helping us change arrangements. I can’t thank the staff here enough for their help

I can’t praise the staff enough for making a horrible time for me a little bit easier. They allowed me all the time I needed to spend with my fat daddy and assured me he was in good hands. I’m sure my cat was treated with respect and the services are affordable. Now my little guy is home where he belongs and I can’t thank Cooke Funeral Home enough during the difficult time.

I thought my review posted a year ago but I could not find it. Dustin and Sara were both very compassionate, professional and helpful during this difficult process. This was my first time choosing this option as a way to lay my sweet boy to rest. I will forever continue to choose Cooke for my place of business. There were many options for urns and both Dustin and Sara explained the best ways to care for the urn to keep it in excellent condition. I will definitely recommend this business.

Our dog passed away on a Saturday morning and we called and left a message and got a call back within the hour. They set up a time to meet us at the crematorium shortly after. I was amazed at the affordable services and beautiful urns and keepsake boxes they had available (but not required). They took so much of the stress of losing a beloved pet off of our shoulders. Again, it was extremely affordable and a very easy process. Everyone there was extremely compassionate and kind.

The fine people at Cook Pet Crematorium are the most sympathetic, caring and understanding people that I have ever dealt with during a time of loss. Unfortunately, I have had to use them on several occasions and they are always caring, loving and treat my animal as their own. Thank you for being there and helping those of us who love our pets as family.
