Affordable Cremations of WV

Our sister was living in West Virginia whenever she collapsed and was placed on life support. All of her family members lives in Southwest Virginia, Affordable Cremation was recommended by the Social worker at the hospital. I went on line connected them and filled out the paperwork on line. When she passed everything was taken care of. Rachel was wonderful to work with. Everything just went so smoothly. Our sister’s ashes were returned to us in a beautiful wooden box. Everything worked out great, it was a relief to us that they handled everything so beautifully. Thank to all.

I cannot possibly express how wonderful Afforable Cremations has been for me personally! We are from out of state and due to certain circumstances, my family member past away in WV. After readying the reviews and calling and speaking with Mike, I knew that both myself and my family member would be taken care of! Every step of this process was made easier by this company! There were frank when needed and asked to be and very sincere and understanding! The remains were shipped to my home address and he was truly packed with care along with some personal affects! From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for making this experience as smooth as it could possibly be! I could not possibly express my gratitude!

I for one have never been more upset in my life with anyone, than I am with this place about how my mothers body was handled. I was lied too, I am very upset with this place, how could you tell me that the Autopsy was taking longer than expected only to see on the death certificate that there was no Autopsy performed, when I specifically stated a request for one? Just like I wanted to have a viewing, was told they do not do those, when your website says that you do? As well as the numerous phone calls we made to you that were never returned. It took 3 1/2 WEEKS, for her to be creamated? This is so ridiculous, plus there was $300 I could have used towards an urn, they said they furnished a complimentary one, A Wooden box, that isn’t even real wood. So disgusted with the way we were treated…

I could not have asked for kinder people to help me through the most difficult time Of my life, the loss of my husband. They helped me with their knowledge of the cremation and legal issues, they provided a list. No pushing just only what I needed. They followed up with me just to see how I was doing. They were there for me when I had any questions. I highly recommend them. I thank them so much for being there.

Absolutely amazing. Took care of our baby, and took the time to get to know us on a personal level. Mike is an amazing guy! I highly recommend!
