They took care of my furbaby Sadie for me and did a fantastic job. Both ladies that helped me on site were terrific. I was never rushed or talked into spending more. I felt that they took great care of my beloved furbaby. I paid for individual cremation and was surprised at how quickly she was ready for pick up. Unfortunately dogs don't live longer and I still have 2 doggies with one being a senior. When the time comes again I will definitely use their service again. The pricing is very reasonable, much better than others. Overall I felt valued at such an emotional time. The staff is exceptional.

My dog Ernest died suddenly a year ago today. Today while remembering his life and his passing, I recalled our experience with Tacoma Pet Crematory. The staff with whom we interacted were all kind and professional and they helped make a difficult time a little less so. The price was reasonable and the wood box in which we received the Ernest's remains is very nice. Beautiful grounds and building. I recommend this place without hesitation.
The employees of Tacoma Mortuary Crematory are so kind, caring & thoughtful. My personal experience with them was 13+yrs ago, on Memorial day. I had lost my black lab Molly to cancer on Memorial day & the very next day, within less than 24hrs following her passing, they called me & she was all ready for me to pick up. They had her ashes bagged & placed in a beautiful stained wood box with a brass engraved name plate mounted on the top. The relief I felt when they brought her to me & I seen how they had her prepared for me to take home. Thank you Tacoma Mortuary Crematory, for how prompt you provided her cremation & the kindness I was treated, you helped ease a lot of the pain of loosing her. You will have my business for life, thank you.
When I called they were amazing from the moment they answered the phone. Every single person that I met was loving and kind and patient and so respectful of me, my family, and of course my mom that had just passed. Highly highly recommend it here. I also want to add that they have extremely reasonable prices, no hidden fees of any kind,and in a very scary time really actually made me feel better and taken care of.
