I lost my kitty on the 20th of this month. When I picked her up today I saw such care and detail in what happened after she was gone. I didn't expect to see her fur or the certificate. Such small thoughtful details that give me peace knowing she was handled with care even in death like she deserved. Thank you for taking care of her. I also appreciated the poem and grieving booklets, they were comforting.
One simple request was to have my african greys named Wicker wing and tail feathers in tact but this nasty company cut them up in pieces making me feel even worse for asking. Why would you hurt someone like this I complained to my vet as this is unacceptable its not hard to pull out the feathers in whole but there to cheap and use a small plastic bag with chopped feathers. To destroy my birds feathers and give them to me like that is disgusting and you could care less about my bird. May they feel the pain i felt by butchering what little i have left of him now. I should sue this company for what harm they did.
The woman working here was wonderful. She went completely above and beyond, for us and I will forever be greatful. THANK YOU! The trust is really there, I would recommend to any grieving pet parents.
We lost our Miley 3 years ago. She was cremated with other animals and was told she was going here. I finally got to go visit, but it's not kept up. Many head stones are covered with grass. No explanation where the group animals are. I can see there were flowers so people do visit. But as a "pet cemetery"..... Maybe who owns this needs some help. Regardless, this was our first experience, beautiful property to have fur babies buried. But where are the "groups" scattered? ❤️🙏🏼 And who keeps up with cleaning those head stones people pay for?
After my young dog, Blackberry, escaped the yard for the first time, he was hit by a car. Our family was devastated. My big baby was sent with his toys and treats for cremation. We wanted him home but he was too big to bury without worry of scavengers digging him up. It was our first experience with cremation and we didn't know what to expect. For a very affordable price we received a well packaged bag, which took some time to examine. We received a thoughtful card/certificate of cremation, informative on losing a pet, a beautiful box of his ashes, his paw print and a lock of his mane. If you are searching for a provider, I'm sorry for your loss. We're thankful for their service and the careful way they returned Blackberry home to us. I'll also be thanking our vet for the recommendation.
