Shannon was so wonderful at Neptune . She was so aware of our emotions and gave us such peace of mind . We felt such a priority and never like we were being sold anything . Just great service. The people who picked up our mother were so caring and never rushed us with our loved one . Neptune has hired some talented people to help families in a difficult transition. Our family appreciated the care.

My brother recently passed, but had his final requests in place with Neptune. They took great care of him then and us afterward! The kindness and empathy we received is undeniable and very appreciated. Made the final arrangements caring and smooth. Allowing us the benefit of having bereavement services is a beautiful touch as well!

Words can’t express how grateful I am that my mother chose Neptune Society 22 years ago, and took care of everything regarding her cremation. She passed away last month just before her 97th birthday (!!) and while her passing was expected, it was way more emotional than I thought it would be. But because she had planned ahead, everything was taken care of. The process was smooth, everyone I spoke with was helpful and kind. I highly recommend Neptune Society!
