I was very impressed with the professionalism I experienced with CSW. From the first call my husband made regarding the sudden death of our daughter to collecting my daughters ashes. They were all patient, understanding and very kind. I would recommend to any family, make a note of their name and number, no one knows what the future holds for us. Even if you were to have thier contact Information and a friend had something sudden happen to a friend or family. They would be very appreciative to have you assist them with Information of a business that would help them in that very difficult time. They only thing I would have asked of them was to tell me WHEN they started the cremation. I would have been able to put myself in the frame of mind to be actively ready for ...when.

Really appreciate how easy it was to fill out the forms online and didn't have to go to a funeral home to make arrangements. I've had bad experiences with funeral homes and huge costs. I had a couple questions and they quickly answered. Highly recommend.

When i called Creamation Society of Washington , they were very respectful of my fathers wishes. I notified the hospital that someone from Creamation Society would be taking care of my father. They handled the transport. During the family's hard time it was a blessing that my parents set this up ahead of time. Creamation Society of Washington was very helpful and explained the process. I called the morning my mom passed, without having any prior experience with this company. It was a weekend and required more than one call to coordinate necessary details and answer my questions. Each time I was told to expect a call back within 15 minutes or to please call back, but each time I received a return call within minutes. It was a very smooth process, reasonable and timely. I am especially grateful for Cynthia. She had a gentle way of discussing a difficult process and made me feel cared for, as well as giving me confidence that my mom's remains were treated with the utmost respect. The folks at Cremation Society of Washington are amazing people! They handled every issue with calm and professionalism! Truthfully, I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, I will be confident and secure in my choice. We were able to take our dear friends ashes and share a memorial, scattering them and remembering our friend!
