It's very hard to say good bye to your loved pet, only someone who went thorough it will know how devastating it is. I was very thankful that Chambers Creek pet memorial scheduled me in to have my beloved sweet Kailey in very short notice. Jim was very kind and patient with me when I was not myself at times to make certain decisions. They were very respectful. They explained the process and they kept their promise when it will be done and ready. Thank you Scott for letting me have my last goodbye and being so kind to me and my Kailey. Thank you
