We lost our girl Sydney 4 days ago and Im so glad this place exists so close to where we live. The manager (I apologize I forgot your name) was the sweetest lady and got me in as soon as I called that same day. The work they did for Syd's memorial box is so great we love it. Thank you all so much for doing what you did for us and the community out here in Colbert.
Every interaction I had with the team here was beyond kind. They treated my sweet girl with dignity and respect like they understood how much she means to me even in death. I would recommend this place to every person needing to go through the heartbreak of losing a pet and I will use their services in the future.
This is my first time ever having to have a pet put down so I never had to deal with this stuff before. It was actually such an easy process and West Coast Pet memorial was super compassionate (im long distance so it was emails and letters). The process was a little longer than I wanted but I expected that because my dog came from pullman at WSU. I got the remains today and they were beautifully packaged in a blue gift bag and fabric drawstring bag. They clearly put alot of effort and compassion into the packaging and the care behind it all, it was beautiful. I also got an amazing deal for a decorated wood box, urn necklace, paw print, and the cremation process for like $380. Im glad my baby Harlow has compassionate care even after she was gone.
Waited two weeks after payment and cremation to communicate an option that needed to take place before cremation, then did the whole “oh sorry we can’t do that for you” thing. No one tried to reach out via phone or anything. This is the kind of service you’re spending hundreds to thousands on, a service to remember pets (and family) that have been a part of your life.
We lost our boy Dibbs to osteosarcoma in the very early morning hours at a pet emergency clinic in Spokane. He was our everything and we wanted to make sure that he had a place of honor in our home, so we chose to have him cremated. West coast pet memorial took care of him to the best of their ability and did an amazing job. Unfortunately we had a bit of a hickup, the vet clinic spelled the name wrong and therefore everything came back with the wrong spelling. I called and spoke with a few amazing ladies at west coast pet memorial and they automatically made arrangements for me to drop everything off and get the name fixed, even though this was not their fault. 24 hours later, we had our boy sitting in our living room with the correct name. I cannot be more appreciative of the way the situation was handled and how I was treated through the whole process, yall are amazing, Thank you!! The Klar family
