We worked closely with Crystal Weaver, and she was absolutely fantastic. My mother unfortuantely passed away right before the holidays, and everything happened to quickly, we were actually referred to Advantage by the hospital (Sacred Heart) Crystal was with us through every step of the process, and awnsered every question I had, even if it was dumb. She was so kind and compassionate, and wonderful to work with. I would reccomend Advantage to anyone. They made the process so unbelievably smooth, especially with what we as a family were goinf through, and they even given grief support for up to a year after your loved one passes, which is incredible imo.

From the moment that we called them Tasha was so kind about the loss of my son it was her voice and her understanding that made us choose this funeral home. Then when we came in to make plans Crystal was absolutely wonderful dealing with us not pressuring us. Helping with all the arrangements and she did some special things to help me for my last viewing of my son. Tasha was there when I viewed my son for the last time and she was so kind words cannot express the gratitude that these women showed me in my time of sorrow. I would give them a higher rating if I could. Thank you for making this horrible situation a little bit better.

The staff is small and close knit, which felt very comforting when planning the next step after my dad’s passing. Their offerings were concise and easy to understand, But they were great at answering any questions that we did have for clarification. The whole process was very smooth, which was Appreciated with everything else that was going on.

Advantage Funeral handled our sons service with such dignity and tact. In the beginning we were at such a loss on where to begin. We lost our son to SIDS at 6 weeks + 3 days and it was so heartbreaking. Steven was a very welcoming soul who guided us in the beginning, middle and closure of all of this. We were offered hand castings with our son (our hands holding his as well as individul hand and foot castings), pendants with our sons hand/footprints on them and the genuine support of a caring individual. They allowed us to take as much time as we needed to decide on our next steps but also guided us on what would be the best outcome for what we wanted. I cannot thank Steven and Advantage enough for their compassion and sympathy throughout the most difficult time of our lives.
