Nona is wonderful! She made what was such a difficult and stressful time easier for me and my family. Her compassion and promptness was greatly appreciated and she answered every question and concern we had to great lengths. Nona was truly amazing throughout the whole process.

We were treated with kindness, and the viewing was provided with sensitivity and respect. Other questions were handled with equal compassion and care. Our only issue was getting a call back to confirm the date and time of that viewing.

My father went missing in 2014 and his remains were found in 2019. I found Washington cremation centers and had him picked up from the ME's office for the cremation center to charge me IN FULL for my father's REMAINS. He had 2 cell phones with him and Sasha and Nona have idea what happened to them. And Calvin? Still not contacting me. This is one of the worst experiences of my entire life. I'm still waiting for a call from Calvin. They may just be really old tracphones, but they were my father's and I want them back.

The staff at Washington Cremation Centers are professional, personable and very caring. They kept us informed of the procedure and time line, and were very helpful. All our concerns were answered with much compassion. We highly recommend their services to take care of your needs.
