Radiant Heart Pet Cremation & Memorials

Radiant Heart is such an amazing place and Bobbie Ruth and her team were so wonderful. Everyone was so compassionate, patient, and understanding and did their best to help me and keep me updated with everything whenever they could. When my bunny Siopao suddenly passed away, I was able to bring her in the same day and was told about their eco-friendly water cremation which I thought was a very nice and peaceful cremation service compared to the traditional fire cremation. I brought my Siopao's favorite stuffy toys together with her and I had her wrapped in her favorite blanket when I brought her in, and when I asked if I can leave Siopao's favorite stuffies and blanket together with her while she would be there they allowed it and I was glad that my Siopap baby was able to stay comfy together with her favorite things. Most of my communication with the team was through email and both Kathy and Bobbie Ruth had excellent communication, replying to my emails as soon as they were able to and being able to listen to all of my requests I wanted for the memorials of my Siopao baby. Bobbie Ruth herself wanted to do my video-witness request of the cremation of my bunny Siopao and the creation of her memorials for me and as I watched the recorded videos she sent me, I felt so relieved and happy to know and see that my Siopao was being taken good care of as she worked with and got all of the specific spots on her fur that I wanted for the fur capture and fur clippings. It also made me happy to see that when she was making the whiskers in a glass bottle that she did not just pluck Siopao's whiskers off, but shaved them off which was so very nice knowing no part of my Siopao baby's body was harmed at all, Bobbie Ruth was gentle and did such an amazing job with everything. With Siopao's photo plate for her wooden urn box I ordered, Kathy emailed me a preview layout of what the photo plate would look like, and when I caught a small error and wanted to change something she was able to correct and change it for me right away and sent me a layout exactly how I wanted for the photo plate. When I was finally able to pick up my Siopao's ashes and all her memorials, they returned Siopao's favorite stuffies and her blanket back to me (which I requested to have returned back to me) and they wrapped them all nicely in a blue ribbon with Siopao's name on it and put them inside the after-care package box together with all her memorials and ashes. I would come back here for the after-care of my future pets and know they would be well taken care of just as my Siopao baby was.

We are so grateful to Radiant Heart for the care and compassion that they showed us after the unexpected passing of our sweet pup last month. There is no doubt that he was showed kindness and respect as they cared for him. We were given all the time we needed to say goodbye. The staff were kind enough to text me and keep me in the loop in where he was in each stage of being prepared to come home after I asked. The nose print is absolutely beautiful. We can't recommend them enough.

Radiant Heart goes above and beyond! The care they have for pets and grieving families is amazing! My family member lost her pup in November and I called to order ink paw prints for her. I mentioned how much she loved her pup’s nose, Radiant Heart was able to get ink prints of her nose as well! Thank you so much for the care you put into these beautiful memories!

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, Granola, due to intestinal issues and not wanting to put her through another surgery. Radiant Heart was extremely compassionate and understanding of our pain in losing our first cat way too soon. They took her in after hours the same day as her euthanasia and were available the first thing the next morning for us to come in and say our final goodbyes. We paid extra for the witnessed cremation and it was well worth it. Little did we know that it was more like a participation cremation rather than a witnessed one (depending on how comfortable you are with everything). We were given the option to carry her around to each station ourselves, assist in some processes, and even start the cremation furnace ourselves. It felt like we were taking care of her one last time. We’re eternally grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism they have.

Wonderful service. I could tell that my beloved cat was taken care of by people who love animals as much as I do. They are very open about their process which is a huge contrast to most other animal cremation services. Would never trust anyone else with my pets but Radiant Heart. Their memorials are beautiful. I love the clay paw and her fur clipping captured her tabby pattern perfectly. Thank you!!
