Thank you Soledad for giving us the dignity snickers deserves. We were able to deliver our little guy in person because of you. I’m grateful we picked the right place. I was terrified of going to the wrong crematorium but you were so hands on every step and made sure our boy was taken care of the entire time. You showed the upmost care a person can in your position and gave us the compassion we needed to properly grieve our little Dachshund. Thank you truly for the level of consideration we received. We were able to make sure he was delivered safely in person and watch when he made his final step into the afterlife. I can’t imagine a better place to say good bye for now than Evergreen. I love you Snickers I’m grateful I got to be part of your journey we will see you again.

My girlfriends cat, Abby 15 years old passed away the day after Thanksgiving and I was recommended this place for her cremation. My girlfriend was heartbroken and couldn’t take care of of the process so I went in and spoke to a wonderful lady named Soledad. She was extremely kind and thoughtful and walked me through the process. I believe Abby was well taken care of and she can rest now. It makes us both feel good to know Abby was respected and treated well after her passing. Thank you very much.

We called on Saturday to schedule a witness cremation for our cat Orlando on Monday, and everything went very smoothly. The service took place in a very quiet and peaceful location, which meant a lot to us. The staff was kind and professional, and we’re so grateful we could be there to accompany Orlando on his final journey. Thank you.

I called ahead to get reassurance my recently euthanized pet would be privately cremated once transferred from the vet clinic. I was grieving and worried my cat’s remains would get lost or cremated with other pets. This was my first experience with this process and I had no idea what to expect. The gentleman who took my call was very caring and reassuring as he talked me through what to expect. This gave me peace while I waited for my cat’s ashes to be returned. I received his ashes in a beautiful wooden box and I was also surprised to receive his paw and nose print. The note on the box says my cat was “cremated with love and care”; I have no doubt about that. I highly recommend this establishment.

Soledad and her staff were very welcoming and compassionate from the start. The team went above and beyond with our pet under their care. My wife and I are truly grateful for their exceptional service during this difficult time. Your pet is in good hands under their care.
