The whole experience was incredibly positive, considering. Dr. Black was very thoughtful and explained the process with compassion. He explained that pets can gasp at the last moment. This didn’t happen, but it had happened to my sister who was not told in advance and it was very troubling. My cat’s ashes were delivered to my vet where I picked them up. The little jar of fur was carefully layered with the white on top of black. I highly recommend them.
This is a wonderful company! Recently, we needed to euthanize our 15 year old kitty Doris, and I learned about this business through a work colleague. I was able to get a same-day appointment as the heartwrenching decision became imminent. The representative who helped me book this was so kind, empathetic, and helpful. Later that evening, we couldn't have been happier with the vet, Dr. Nicole who came to our house. She was so calm and empathetic, truly caring and compassionate, making my husband, me, and our dog Nari feel part of the process. It was so hard to say goodbye to Doris Rose, but this in-home service made the whole beautiful experience so much better. I appreciate the pawprint that we received that evening, and the sympathy card that we received afterward was a lovely gesture as well. I highly recommend this company🩷.
I recently had to put my childhood kitty down. His name was Joshua and when I first called they answered immediately and when I left a voicemail they called me back almost instantly. They lady I talked to was very nice a sweet to me. She advised me what to expect and were very accommodating to us. We scheduled that for a Thursday afternoon and my husband was just about a few minutes away and they waited for him to get home so he could also say goodbye. It was very important to Josh as he got up with the energy he had and told daddy goodbye. It’s still doesn’t seem real at times that my baby boy is gone. He was 18 years old. I had him since 2007. Dr Black assisted us and he again was so very informative and answered any questions I had. I would definitely use this again if I ever had to. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s unfortunately going through that time. They even called me to let me know how the process was going and when to pick him up. I just can’t thank you guys enough and thank you for the card as well.
I haven’t been able to write about losing our Yuki in January 2023 until now. After months of chemo and struggling against feline leukemia, our little girl was ready to go. She just didn’t have the strength to go back to the hospital, so we decided to do it at home in her favorite blanket. My husband and I arranged for Dr. Kelli to come to our apartment in South Seattle. She was respectful with our grief. She thoroughly explained what to expect, the associated costs and waited patiently and quietly until we said our goodbyes. She even explained what to expect from our remaining cat after losing his companion of 10 years. She then wrapped Yuki up and took her remains away to be cremated. We got her paw print and ashes back a couple of weeks later. Dr. Kelli was just wonderful. I’ve already recommended their services to others.
Cam was incredibly kind, informative, and compassionate. They took the time to explain everything clearly and were very understanding throughout the entire process. Their care and empathy made a difficult time much easier, and I’m truly grateful for the support they provided. ❤️
