Cascade Memorial Cremation and Burial

This was my first experience with Cascade Memorial and I was very impressed. The online application for arrangements was easy to navigate, especially for one who's not super techy. Most of all, I was impressed with Eve Kendall, who worked with me through the arrangements process. She was professional, warm, and very thorough. She really helped to make a difficult time easier--Thank you, Eve. And thank you, Cascade, for your professional, smooth and timely process.

An unexpected death after a few days in the hospital is devastating. Not to mention being approached on where to send the body. This was my sister's scenario.... I get the late night call from her, sobbing from the unexpected death of her husband, financially she has nothing yet death demands immediate attention, the hospital has regulations on where the body is to go shortly afterwards, what could she do....I told her I would call her back soon... obviously the situation became my problem, I made a few phone calls and the best one was to Cascade Memorial and Cremation. I live 4 hours away yet I was able to make all the necessary arrangements online, payment, pickup of my brother in law, also request of Death Certificates, and Cremation timeline. They were fast, super supportive and sympathetic and dealt with the delicate situation professionally. Plus most important, they were reasonably priced. Called my sister and told her that everything was taken care of in regards to her husband, a stress that she at the moment wasn't able to deal with.

Losing a family member somewhat suddenly was incredibly difficult, and dealing with everything while navigating grief felt overwhelming. One thing they made clear was their wish to be cremated. A family friend recommended Cascade Memorial to us, and I’m very thankful they did. From the beginning, the staff at Cascade were kind, professional, and respectful. They made the process feel manageable at a time when emotions were running high. Everything was handled with care and compassion, which gave our family some peace during a very hard time. Our service rep in Bellevue had a calm demeanor and clear communication made a real difference. I’m grateful for the service we received and would recommend Cascade Memorial to others who may be going through a similar loss.

I would like to share that my experience with Cascade Memorial Bellevue was excellent and very respectful and comforting during my time of grief I feel that handles my loved one with care and dignity and provided me with the information I needed to move forward with my mom's estate. We had pre-arranged plans for my parent’s passing. Once the services were needed, we were met with gentle and compassionate care from the team at Cascade Memorial. My parent was taken in their care with the dignity and respect she deserved. And, we survivors were equally respected. Nobody wants these necessary services. But, when the time does come, Cascade Memorial is a good place to which to turn.
