I recently ordered an urn from Best Friend Services for my beloved kitty who recently passed away following a battle with cancer. The president of Best Friend Services, CJ, reached out to apologize because the item was out of stock. I explained to him that I actually wanted the small size, but hadn't had any luck finding one from their sellers. He was able to locate a single urn in the size and finish I was looking for and even answered questions about the wood base stains and the options for the name plates. My order arrived today and it's PERFECT. He even sent two different name plates, both engraved, so I could pick the one I liked best with the urn.
