She made personal phone calls when needed, and the paperwork process was seamless and easy to complete on my phone. The price was unbeatable, and Christy's kindness and empathy made a difficult time a bit more bearable. From the 1st call we made, my brother & I knew that this was the place we were going to use for our mom's cremation. Now, she didn't want any service or funeral, just to be cremated, so we don't have experience with those services.
