My family and I are so grateful for the thoughtful, sensitive care we have received from Neptune Cremation Services. Amber was extremely professional, and offered thoughtful suggestions based on what we told her we were looking for. We felt "safe"- in the sense that we didn't feel as if we were about to be taken advantage of. Amber has the highest levels of integrity and excellence and is very knowledgeable and helpful when coordinating with the two places where our mother will be laid to rest. They are also VERY affordable.

The service I received here was very compassionate, understanding but most importantly professional. Never having dealt with anything like this before they helped give guidance and explained all the different services they offered in depth. Amber was wonderful. She quickly answered any questions I had whether it be day or evening and communicated what she needed from me every step of the way. Her and her team have even checked on me afterwards which I really do appreciate. It feels personal and not like I was forgotten about after they were paid. They were also pocket friendly at a time where a lot of people can find themselves scrambling for funds to take care of a loved one. Hopefully I don’t have to any time soon, but I would recommend them to others.

Neptune Cremation helped me tremendously when my husband passed away. The services they provided were all in a timely manner. Additionally, Sara would get in touch just to see how I was doing.
