My dear sweet prince Chico passed unexpectedly over the weekend and this was the only place open on a Sunday and you were so nice and understanding. They explained everything and I would highly recommend you to anyone with a loved pet. I have gotten so many compliments on Chico urn and I am throughly truly pleased.

Yesterday we received the ashes of our beloved Diesel, and I am deeply grateful to Brittany and Bryan of Nansemond Pet Cremations Services for their exceptional service. During our first conversation after Diesel passed away, they showed understanding and kindness, guaranteeing that the cremation process would be carried out with the utmost care and dignity. Diesel lived a remarkable life of 14 years, having been by my side since he was three months old. The urn and paw print we have chosen will forever serve as a reminder of him. My dog emme passed away on 1 November. I call this company and talked with Mr. Johnson and they just closed that day and he was accommodating and made us an appointment on that Sunday. I recommend this company for the lost of you family pet. Thank you again Mr. Johnson

I am taken back by some of these reviews because I was quite thankful for being able to experience first hand the superior level of customer service Bryan & his team provide. I’m thinking when sadness strikes (esp from a loss), people must not always have clear thoughts, or maybe get frustrated easily. I’m not sure. However, take my word for it— Bryan & The Nansemond Pet Cremation Services team treated my husband and I so well during such a sad & emotional time. We found out our dog had passed unexpectedly when we had gotten home one evening. It was important to us that our child didn’t see our lab like that in the morning. Bryan didn’t hesitate to help us right away. The call was answered after about 2 rings. He helped get our girl where she needed to be and later had some beautiful keepsakes to share with our daughter. He made the process easy, wasn’t pushy, and respected our feelings the entire time. We couldn’t have gotten through this without Bryan & the team. Thank you once again. We hope it’s not anytime soon, but will definitely call you for any needs in the future.
