I have been coming here for a number of years for the service dogs, and the last time i went about a month ago I winded up walking the grounds and my heart truly ached for the uncaring of the flat headstones of the pets here. I took several pictures. I tried to clean some, but from what I see just mowing the grass, I also saw an old flower pot and other things that were not picked up just mowed around it! And not just once you can see how tall the grass was next to those things, just cutting the grass doesn't keep it nice and forget trying to drive down the back road, trees scrape your vehicle and the ground is coming up. If they are having trouble keeping up maybe they should do a outreach to see if people can come help uncover the stones properly. People pay to put their pets there and some have been there a long time, it should be much better than this! Very disappointing and sad to see!! If i could post pictures I took it would.
I highly recommend Garden of the Pines to any family in their time of need when losing their fur baby. From the moment I had to call to, the day we picked up our baby’s ashes Mike was amazing, he made sure I understood the process of how services worked. Our family really appreciates the care given.
If you are considering options other than cremation for your pet, this is the place to be. Professional, compassionate staff that will take care of you and put your concerns to rest
Buried my dog here and it gives me peace knowing exactly where Tough will always be.
Garden of the Pines is a very special place. I would recommend them to anyone. We first became familiar with this place when I was just a young girl and our family was grieving the loss of our beloved "furry family member", Teddy. This was our first real experience with loss (other than some fish , turtles and hamsters which we buried in the backyard) and we were simply beside ourselves. I mean, this was a member of our family and he deserved to be laid to rest in such a way that showed how much we loved him. They were amazing. I will never forget the compassion. Since that time, our family has grown and today, sadly we laid to rest our beloved Oliver, a gift for my parents from the grandchildren nearly fourteen years ago. Garden of the Pines is so wonderful and they truly care for you and your lost loved fur babies. We have trusted them with caring for the final arrangements of Teddy, Debbie, Missy, Cujo, Andy, Lucky, Oliver and even my pet guinea pig Patches, not to mention several others for my brother and his family over the years. Thank you Suzie, Eric and Mike. You helped our family feel important and I can't express how much that means to me.
