Forever Friends Pet Cremation Service

I called about 5 different places. Forever Friends Pet Cremation was sincerely helpful, communicative, and compassionate from the start. They had an answer and then some for every question I had, very patient and did not rush me or act nonchalant like others. They could relate to my heartbreak and that was more than appreciated. The process was quick, they kept me updated throughout, I loved everything in how they operated. There is not enough good things to say, don't bother calling around, this establishment is the best.

I just want to say this place is BEYOND fantastic!!!!! I lost my cat very sudden and unexpectedly. At a time when I was devested, and OUT OF MY "RIGHT" mind.... They comforted me and were VERY kind. Definitely TOP NOTCH customer service. I thought I would loose my fur baby late night and or early morning "after hours", They assured me that they would still show up and receive my beloved baby. Not any other place I called agreed to do that. I want to say THANK YOU, from the bottom of my broken heart. I would 10 out of 10 recommend them to others!

I'm devastated. The lost of my dog was unexpected and traumatic. All I wanted was a nose print to remember her by. I told JJ that I wanted to get at tattoo with it. He said they would be delighted to get a nose print. Beware of free... there is no guarantee of quality. I would have paid or I would have done it myself. He made it sound like it was super easy, they do it all the time. Even the paw prints are bad. She is gone now, there are no do overs.

I wish I could recall the name of the man who helped me when I brought my cat in but I lost my receipt. He helped me early on a Monday morning when I showed up unannounced with my recently deceased cat. It was a tough time for me but the staff at Forever Friends went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much. Your attentiveness and swift action made the loss of my best friend so much easier on myself and family. I simply can’t thank you enough and I highly recommend your company.

Can't begin to explain how amazing their services are. We want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You all have been extremely compassionate and caring during the loss of a loved one. You all went above and beyond. Nothing compares to you're comfort and kind words in the hardest of times. Again, thank you for giving us a shoulder to hold on to. I wish you all the absolute best.
