I will be forever grateful, the team was so helpful in navigating me through the process, as this was my first time losing a pet. They were so quick to respond back when I initially made the call and were prompt to get everything ready for our arrival. Wynter was so patient with me even when I could no longer hold it together. She was also thorough in showing me all my options and how much things would cost. I do not wish to have to make the call again soon but if I do, I’ll be using their services again.

Our beloved dog Maizy passed at home and we had a wonderful and caring experience with Wynter. She was professional, compassionate, and very sympathetic. She explained everything in detail and was more than happy to answer any questions and helped us navigate this terrible situation.

When I unexpectedly lost my beloved pet turtle a few weeks ago, I was devastated. I made the decision to have his remains cremated, and the team at Forever Faithful was kind and compassionate to partner with during my difficult time. Monica was with me from beginning to end, and I now have a beautiful urn with my pet's cremains carefully preserved. The whole process took less than a week. We had an amazing experience with the Forever Faithful while dealing with the loss of our old pup. Although we were going through a tough time, staff were wonderful and they immediately assisted us with what to do next. We were given different options to remember him, we decided on ashes on a wooden box with his name on it, a heart with his nose print, and a few small glass jars filled with his hair for the family to remember. What I truly appreciated was they way the little jars contained the hair and they made it look like him (he was a white Jack Russell Terrier with black spots) and they mixed his fur to mimic that, it was so sweet! We would totally recommend them to anyone going through the loss of their pet to go to them.

I lost my best friend Ollie on Monday. I can’t say enough positive things about this crematorium. The staff were all incredible. This is the worst circumstance to meet and they were patient, kind, compassionate and truly amazing. I got my Sir back in just 2 days! I’m so grateful for this. He’s home. Thank you a hundred times over.
