What a wonderful experience during a time of immense sorrow. Shannon has been a Godsend, anticipating our every need and fully explaining the process we would experience. Every thing he said would happen did, on time, and exactly as he described. This was especially important since I live out of state and needed events to occur as promised. Shannon not only delivered on what he said would happen he also went the extra mile to to provide help for me outside his normal duties. I’m from out of town and had no idea what to do when the hospital told us we had 24 hours to make arrangements for our Loved one. Highly recommended to our family by a dear friend and we would also highly recommend Cremation Society of VA. From the first meeting to our loved one being taken into their care and onto their interment, each staff member was helpful, professional and patiently answered my many questions. They advised us in the beginning to make arrangements sooner than later and that was such good advice. Our loved one was in hospice care for quite some time, but with their final arrangements already taken care of, we were free to attend to them and not worry. Cremation Society of VA was also flexible and helpful with out of state interment
