It is always hard putting loved ones to rest. Erin with Cremation Services of HR made the process more comforting then one would think possible. She was not only accommodating, prompt every time, but very flexible even with meeting at last minute notice. She not only is extremely knowledgeable and informative, but so compassionate as well. I felt a connection every meeting we had, along with feeling at ease that my Grandmother was in the best of hands now. They have a large selection of products or keepsake items. Erin will give you all the information on them (being thorough,) without pushing them on you or trying to get you buy only product from them. I highly recommend using them in your times of needs like this. I compared and shopped around till after 2-3 days came across them. From the first conversation, and her being so upfront, and honest I knew this was the company I was going with. Next time I need these kind of services it will only be one call instead of 10! I can not express my gratitude enough, or say how grateful we are for them!

Erin was so helpful starting from my first phone call not knowing where to even start with this process to my in person visit to actually make the arrangements. Cremation services of Hampton roads as been an amazing help to my family, my mother has recently passed and we turned to them once again to help us with the arrangements of my mother. We first encountered them when we lost my grandfather last year at that time we were assisted by Kim. Now Erin has helped both my father and I with my beloved mother. I wouldn’t go anywhere else when it comes to having someone handle my family members. This place is beyond professional.
