I cannot say enough good things about their services! I work with them on a professional level on a weekly basis. Michael is always reliable, professional, quick, & competent. I never have to intervene or check in to make sure things are moving forward as planned. He communicates well, gets the job done accurately & quickly, and we always have positive responses from our donor families who interact with him also.

This company is truly amazing and thoughtful. When my mother passed away in VA, I was like "how are we going to get her home?" This is going to be just a difficult nightmarish task to accomplish. I was wrong. Commonwealth made the transport extremely easy and stress free. They kept me updated on where we were every step of the way even if it was a late night email. They quickly got her back home within days to allow us to have the services within the week. Michael was a pleasure to communicate with and was so kind throughout the process. I am so grateful.

This business is absolutely appalling, or at least some of their employees are… allowing random people to view the bodies of people’s loved ones before they’re cremated, as if they’re on exhibit, is disgusting and immoral. “Hey, you wanna see them?”… these people are not trash to be oogle eyed at… they were someone’s mother, daughter, father, son, sister, brother…. They are human beings, not sight seeing adventures. Owners of this business need to seriously evaluate the integrity of their employees…
