David’s services are absolutely exceptional. From the moment he took my call to the time I received my cat’s ashes and memorabilia, the experience was a comforting and pleasant encounter. It is apparent through all of the details put into the preservation of an animal, from the clay paw print, nose print, and all of the additional heartwarming gifts included in the bag, that he is closely connected to his work. He fulfilled a personal request and even after fulfilling it, he noticed that there had been a heart sticker on my sweet little buddy’s leg that was over the bandage, and used it by placing it on the jar. He goes above and beyond and is such a caring individual. I couldn’t be more touched and honored to have had him preserve the memory of my sweet and wonderful cat.

My perfect baby, Winston passed this week, it was the hardest moment in our families lives. We really wanted him to be with us forever, and finding the right fit for his final arrangements was hard, until we found Caring Pet Cremation Services. They came to our house to pick Winston up. He had him covered in his blanket and was so so sweet to my family. Two days later he dropped off the most beautiful gift of our lives. Our baby was safe and sound and so well taken care of. Thank you guys so much for caring for my baby. I’m so glad he’s home with us now.

How do I begin...David is a beautiful, caring, big man, with a big heart. I felt so at ease from the first moment I met him. I rang him up and we arranged for me to come out to Aylett and bring my dog. David explained everything and didn't once try to up-sell me on anything; he went over everything and we talked about his beautiful property and discussed my Leo. He gracefully took possession of my beloved dog, and treated him with the utmost respect. When I came a few days later to pick him up. I was surprised at how thoughtful the cremation package was. It had good articles and information that helped very much. David is stellar! There is no other choice in the Richmond area. This man is a gem and his business is impeccable!

I highly recommend David for your fur baby. He was so nice and understanding at this difficult time. He had my baby back to me the next day which made me so happy to have him back home with me to make me feel some what at comfort. There were different options of urns I got the beautiful dog house. David also gave me clippings of his fur ,a nose print and a clay paw print. I would love to add the blanket I took my baby there in he had asked me if I wanted it cremated with him I told him no , well when I got my Louie back and opened my bag he had cut the corner and gave me a piece back of it ❤️ I thought that was so thoughtful and I will cherish that piece forever. It meant so much to me to go that extra mile to make something so much more special in that time of need when your not thinking clearly. Everything was nicely wrapped in a nice bag. I couldn't ask for my baby to be more valued by him. I can't even put into words how comforting it was to make the decision to use his services and thank you for doing something not everyone could handle doing for our fur babies so we can keep them forever and ever.
