My biggest impression of Agape Pet Cremation was the moment I walked through the door. The front lobby is genuinely inviting. It doesn't feel like a sterile business office; it feels like a warm, quiet sanctuary. The lighting is soft, the seating is comfortable, and the décor creates an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. In a time of profound sadness, stepping into this space felt like a comforting embrace. The ambiance alone demonstrated the level of care and respect they hold for both pets and their grieving families. I very highly recommend Agape if you are enduring a very difficult time with pet loss. The wonderful ladies here really go the extra mile in making sure your pet’s life is honored and held dear to them. My little buddy Bear passed away four days ago. Agape was able to take him in on the same day. Throughout the whole process, they explained everything in a very soothing and calm tone and only referred to Bear as “your baby”. In heavy moments like loss, those simple touches alone go a long way. Thank you immensely for your help as we navigate our future without our little buddy. ❤️

I lost my soul dog, Akela, about three weeks ago. This is the services my vet uses and I just wanted to say how grateful and appreciative I am of how well Agape took care of my boy. They sent home in a beautiful urn, I picked it but I was just not expecting that level of quality. It also had a name plaque, which was also a pleasant and unexpected surprise. They truly made him beautiful. I also received a clay paw print in a rather nice, protective, display case. I knew I would be getting the print but I had not expected the case. It was simply another beautiful surprise and I'm forever grateful. When the time comes to say goodbye to your best friend, I will always recommend this place. The level of quality, care, and time efficiency shows the compassion of their team. They truly helped make a hard time much easier and I can never thank them enough.

I lost my fur baby, Chloe, last week. My friend instantly recommend this beautiful establishment. I was so devastated and called crying hysterically. The wonderful young ladies at the front desk had the most comforting and caring voice, they answered all my questions, they took the best care of me and made the arrangements process the easiest as well as less stressful than I had imagined considering I’m laying my best friend to rest. I’ll continue to use them from here forward. 10 out of 10 recommend!

What a hard job it must be to stay professional and compassionate for customers. If I did their jobs , I would never be able to hold it together.
