I can't say enough positive things about True Friends & Bill. The minute my daughter & I walked through the door we felt at peace with the decision we had made. Olivia (16-year-old pot belly pig) had passed away on Sunday 1/4/26. My daughter & I dropped Olivia off on Monday 1/5/26 & I picked her up today (1/7/26). The turnaround time was amazing. We have had several pets cremated from other places & never have we had a pet returned this fast. Normally its weeks. Thank you, Bill for the prompt, courteous customer care that my daughter & I received.
Very compassionate, caring and professional. They were sensitive to our emotional state, did not rush us and provided the service in a very timely manner. They even met us after hours to take possession of our pets body. Highly recommend.
