This is a really genuine , friendly and caring place to take your rainbow bridge furbaby. Not to mention, It is also a competitively affordable private cremation. Our girl passed at 7:30am last week. They opened at 9 I think, and said we could come right in. They were compassionate through the whole process. We didn’t wait long to process paperwork. We picked her up next day . You definitely won’t go wrong here. Thank you Heavenly Paws. You do us fur parents a wonderful service.

Everybody I encountered here was absolutely fantastic and empathetic. After having a very rough morning, I had to make the call and Marissa answered. So polite and understanding. Once I arrived I was greeted by a woman and she was also just so kind and sweet. Process went very fast and I had my boy back in 3 days. Very reasonably priced, especially compared to previous places I’ve had to go. Wish I would’ve know yall were there. Thank you guys for helping my family and I through this hard time. We really appreciate yall.

I dropped off my sweet baby here just a few days ago and I was met with Donna, she was very kind and sympathetic towards me as I began to bawl my eyes out when entering this establishment with my sweet baby, Marshmellow. David called me 3 days later saying I can come pick up my daughters ashes and as soon as I got that call, I rushed, got in my car and drove to go pick up my baby and bring her home to mommy again. Her cute tiny paw prints and her fur clippings were very special and I will cherish them forever. Thank you Donna and David for being so sweet

I would highly recommend this place for pet cremation. I was given the opportunity to personally witness my dog being placed into the cremation machine, and I also inspected the equipment myself. The facility was clean, and since they only have one machine dedicated to pets, you can be assured that only one pet is processed at a time.
