Cremation Choice of Virginia

My initial contact with Cremation Choice of Virginia was with Kaylinn Bezenar, the Funeral Director. She was super helpful in getting me set up as an Agent for a dear friend who went into hospice. They were very helpful when it came time to prepare for and perform cremation. Kaylinn was helpful in the death certificate preparation and delivered cremains and certificates to our home. Their sensitivity during this challenging time was much appreciated.

Kaylinn, Stephanie, the mortuary (drivers) and crematorium crew were very professional and responsive in our time of need. I was able to hold a viewing and witness at the crematorium. My father's remains were treated with the respect and dignity he deserved. As promised, I was able to pick up my father's remains along with the required paperwork and his flag within a week of his passing. Superior professional service during a very low point of my life.

I am in Florida and my father was in Virginia when he passed away. I called Cremation choice of Virginia and they assisted me with claiming his body and handling the cremation and getting him to me in Florida. I would recommend this company a million times. They were always available to answer questions and inform me of what to expect and where they were in the process.

The service provided by Kaylinn was reassuring and compassionate at a difficult time. Losing a loved one is hard, but really stressful when they have passed in another state. Everything was handled and I now have my family member's remains safely returned to home. I am beyond grateful!
