I have always heard wonderful things about this organization and love that they are a no kill shelter, giving every animal a chance. After the loss of my previous rescue dog, I had been on the search for my next family member, and found my perfect match! The process was thorough and straight forward. Highly recommend adopting your animals here.

Extremely unpleasant interacting with the biggest girl at the front desk, I was discriminated again because of where I live and my preferences and wouldn't allow me too adopt. Extremely disappointed in her choice of approach and words. Undermining my ability to care for a potential new family member, I was publicly humiliated and had too leave I was so uncomfortable. I waited patiently for an hour just to be attacked by this girl? Beyond displeased! She should be couched and suspended until further notice is my advice. Horrible experience. This may need additional action! The way I was treated is and was unexcepable. 0/5 Stars

Clean and well run facility that takes particular care for each animal. Every cat, dog, and rodent we saw seemed happy and well fed and taken care of! The staff were very kind and helpful!

It takes 2 weeks for them to actually take your animal in, but they call it a shelter and you have to go through a process and a bunch of stuff and some people don't have that time to keep the pet and they expect you to keep the pet until they're ready to take the pet. And when I told them I couldn't keep my pet and I was gonna drop them off they threatened me and said they're gonna call the police on me so I had to find my dog a home By Myself. if they are treating customers like this I cant imagine how they treat their animals

I guess if you make complaints about rude staff and write bad reviews you get kick out of the adoption center instead of dealing with the rude staff member. Worst experience due to staff!!!! Animals deserve to have workers that are caring and compassionate to the pet and possible new adopters. Let’s see if I’m asked not to be there now that I’m giving them a negative review. You don’t just kick people out for not liking what they have to say when the staff is the one that caused the rudeness specifically the manager.
