Beware.... RUN.... My husband reached out for a cremation monument to be made which was over $4000.00. They never even responded following multiple emails and messages.
I would absolutely advice against purchasing ANYTHING from this company! I purchased a $609 ring on July 1st, 2020 and ended up moving prior to the completion of the ring. I informed the company 3 separate times on August 4th of my new address and even received an email back saying it would be updated and not to worry. The item did not ship until August 10th and was STILL sent to the wrong address! Despite this, I was willing to give them a chance to correct their wrong and send me a new ring. This was worked out on August 27th. After not receiving any promising updates that a new ring was being made anytime soon, I requested a refund on September 10th. Was told it would take 5-7 days for it to process. Reached out again on September 17th and was told a new story now about how they need to file a dispute with FedEx BEFORE I would receive my refund. This is completely unacceptable as I updated the company almost a week prior to them shipping the item with the new address, therefore I shouldn’t need to wait for any communication between them and FedEx for my refund seeing as it wasn’t my fault. I’ll also add that the responses take FOREVER for them to send to you in order to stay updated about anything. And the person I’ve been recently speaking to on Facebook has been incredibly rude and argumentative - even resorting to simply sending a “thumbs up” in response to me asking a question and sending a lengthy message regarding my refund process instead of being professional and taking the time to read it and actually respond. I have never in my life spent so much money to a business that treats their customers so incredibly poorly. Instead of making things right or just simply refunding me back my money for their mess up, I’m going to have to fight tooth and nail for my money back and be treated as if I’m to blame the entire time. I’m extremely disappointed. Spend your money elsewhere and with a company that will not only be sympathetic to your loss and how important these sentimental items are to you, but also who treats you kind and goes out of their way to keep you at ease with responsive emails throughout the entire process. Cremation Solutions is NOT that company!!!
I can't give any stars for this company. My sister passed back in January of this year and we ordered a small keepsake urn for her daughter. What we got looked like a 12 year old made it. It was NOT as the picture depicted. For at least the last 3 months I have tried to work with first Linda (who has since left) and now Brent. He has promised to make good on the urn, but every time I have called with the exception of once, have I been able to find out when (and a picture of the finished urn) we can expect the urn. I have texted, called, and emailed with no response from ANYONE. The answering service usually picks up and still no return all. At this point I am going to call our credit card company and have the $180.00 refunded. For the amount of money paid I expected customer service to be much better let alone the product to look professional. I WOULD NO RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY! The only reason they get one star is so I can post this review!
Having failed to find a suitable tribute in the UK we turned to Cremation Solutions who could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process. We dealt with Brett who was incredibly helpful and dealt with us with with compassion from day one. Our main concern was the transportation to the UK. We were informed as soon as it had left and followed it across the US to UK on the tracking system. It was so well packed when it arrived and is far more beautiful in real life than in the photos especially when the sun hits it. Thank you again.
I would NEVER recommend this company for literally anything after the 2.5 months of run around on my monument. The amount of disrespect directly from Jeff Staab / Owner of Cremation Solutions was absurd. After giving them benefit of the doubt for 2 months, he failed to reply to my numerous emails. Don't dispute your refund through the company, do it through your credit card issuer. You'll be taken care of since they don't respond to any communications. STAY CLEAR from from Cremation Solutions. There is literally no solution.
