The folks at Bear Trap crematory are the most caring people I’ve dealt with in quite some time. They have followed up few times to see how we are all doing and offer help if needed. Excellent service

In my mothers last months of life while battling Lung Disease, she went to Bear Trap in person. She wanted to meet the people that would be taking care of her body after she passed. John stayed connected to my mom, her nurses, and her family since that day. He was genuinely kind, caring, and empathetic to the entire situation. She made a point to note in her will that she wanted to be cremated by Bear Trap, and wrote "call them first". So when she passed I called. The entire process, from them picking her up, to just checking in on me periodically, they were extremely professional. They made sure to be respectful of everyone involved. Death was new to me in this way and I had no clue what to expect or do. And they guided me gently through it all in a way I could understand. My mom picked bear trap because she was comfortable with them and trusted them. And I am so glad that she did.

Jonathan and staff at Bear Trap Crematory were great with guiding us at our time of loss. Friendly, timely service, accommodating to what work best for our family. Would certainly use them again for future services and highly recommend them to others.
