Losing my girl Riot was absolutely devastating, and entrusting someone else with her final arrangements was incredibly emotional for me. This company treated her with such care, respect, and gentleness that it brought me real comfort during one of the hardest moments of my life. Her cremation was handled with dignity, and a week later her ashes were delivered to my doorstep in a beautiful box, accompanied by a precious paw print keepsake with her name and ribbon. Watch family pet services has been absolutely amazing to work with on the loss of my fur babies. I lost one 8 months ago and one on October 5th. They performed the crematory services on both of them and I am so pleased with the quality of all of the products that I ordered, and the customer service was wonderful! Scott and Jess were amazing to work with and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process!! I'd give 10 stars but 5 is the maximum allowed!
They were so respectful and caring. The outcome was gorgeous and perfect for my dragon baby. They were also very very timely and efficient in their care. I was reunited with my dragon baby sooner than their given timeline. They also are respectful and sensitive when asking for a review. They go the extra mile to give top care. 10/10 will use them again. Wasatch family pet services are the ones to go to for after life care for beloved pets.

Wasatch Family Pet Services was very kind to me and to my sweet pet when I needed to put her down. They even delivered her ashes in a little box to my house! The cost was reasonable and made the entire situation easier to bear.
