Absolutely the best. When my sweet dachshund passed they were ready to come pick her up from my home, saving me from a heartbreaking drive dropping her off with my toddler. Everything was handled with care and empathy. I received my sweet girl back in a beautiful complementary wooden box. Along with paw print and fur clipping. All included. Aquamation is a new form of "cremation" but I love the idea. I highly recommend this company.

I unfortunately had to say goodbye to my bestest of friend Betty this week, while traveling through Utah. She doggie was fine on Sunday, we went on a hike. Came Monday morning, I got the worst news from the emergency clinic: there was nothing they could do. I found UPA on Google. Merritt was very empathetic and supportive. She helped me get my baby ready for her trip back to Seattle. I wish my baby was still looking outside the window and appreciating all the views and sights of our trip still, but thankful and grateful she is with me nonetheless. I miss you so much already my sweet girl. — Thank you, Merritt, for everything you did for Betty. And for giving me the best hug.

We lost our 11 year old German Shepherd, Jax, unexpectedly. To say we were devastated would be the least. He was the start of our family and was such a HUGE part of it. He was my best friend. I called a view different cremation places and I get that they deal with dead pets everyday and wasn't expecting it; but there was ZERO compassion when I called. I then found Utah Pet Aquamation. I looked at the website and found the cremation method very interesting. When I called and spoke to Merritt, she was so compassionate and sincere about us losing our pet. I knew right away that this was the place I wanted to take my boy. We took him up Friday afternoon, said our goodbyes and Merritt was right there comforting us. She was very respectful and gave us all the time we needed with Jax. He was done the following Tuesday which I thought was very fast! We drove up and picked him up yesterday. It was awesome/sad to see his fur clippings and his teeth that stayed in-tact. I think that's such a nice touch that I was never offered in the past with our other GSD we lost. My family and I are very grateful for Merritt and Utah Pet Aquamation. I couldn't recommend her enough. We live in Price, about 2 hours away I wouldn't hesitate to drive the 120 miles to use her again. "I hope not anytime soon!" Again, thank you, Merritt, for taking care of our Jaxy baby!

Merritt was a sweetheart in the roughest time of my life. She took very good care of my babe. Losing a pet is always hard but the service was amazing and I would definitely recommend using her.

I would like to thank Utah Pet Aquamation for the service they provided, and I'm very happy with the care that they showed for my Hershey. Losing him was hard enough, and I wanted something better than just being cremated, and when I read how Aquamation did theirs, I knew that I wanted that for my Hershey. I also had Aquamation do is pawprint and had his ashes placed in a cute decorative box. I'm very happy with their service, and I thank you for your kindness and for bringing him back to me.
