I had no idea how hard it would be to have our sweet little mini schnauzer, Bentley pass away. Andy was great in helping us with it all. He is caring and empathetic which really helped. Plus, he has a great facility and you know he will handle those final times of your loved pet with care and dignity. He has a very nice room where you are able to say those final goodbyes. I am glad I chose Andy to help us with our sweet Bentley.
My wife and I are thoroughly impressed with this place. Andy was so wonderful and gentle with my wife and I when we brought in our beloved cat Szurke. Last week, we had to say goodbye to our sweet Snowy-girl. This was our families first experience losing a fur-baby. Not only was Snowe a beloved family member, but she was also a retired service dog for one of our children. We wanted her final arrangements to reflect the indescribable life of service, unconditional love, and unfailing devotion, Snowy provided for our daughter and entire family! I was at a loss as to how such a feat could be accomplished. An extensive internet search brought up a few options. After contacting Andy at Pet Passages, I knew this was the perfect place to honor our sweet Snowys' life & legacy. Andy's care and professionalism for Snowy and our entire family was seriously, next level! From the first (blubbery pet-parent) phone call to picking up Snowys urn and keepsakes, we felt un-rushed, a compassionate, listening ear and the utmost respect for all involved- (even on a Saturday)! Dignified is the PERFECT word to describe Pet Passages. It truly was a beautiful experience!
A week ago I said goodbye to my best friend of 19 years. From 6 yrs old to 25 yrs this brave boy has been by my side. So I really wanted to do something nice. Even though I’d never done this before and I was going through one of the most heart breaking experiences of my life Andy would answer every call and question I made to him, he basically helped me find a vet clinician who drives to you and everything. I’m so grateful for pet passages and Andy being a place where I could have a proper and final goodbye. They have a funeral room, that’s included in the cremation payment, which was super amazing. He also allowed me to bring my other pets to also say goodbye. And at the end around 8-9pm Andy was still so patient with me that he even waited for me, until I was able to grab the courage to leave my buddy for the first time. They also have a quite a few urn options and jewelry. But again I just really appreciated the service. It was a very nice service to experience. Thank you Andy!
I can’t say enough about how wonderful Andy was to work with. My dog unexpectedly passed on Saturday morning, once looking at the cremation services provided through the emergency vet, I was shocked to see how pricy it could be for simple mementos of your pet, but I was prepared to pay it. After the vet gave me backlash about not being able to cremate my pup until I finalized my bill with them (that had several errors on it), I searched for other options and found Pet Passages. I was shocked to see that their services were offered at a fraction of the cost, and with much more dignity and respect than what the vet had been showing me. After reaching out, Andy was very thorough and followed up with me to see when he could pick up my dog. Unfortunately, I had still not heard back from the vet to sort out my bill, and expressed to Andy my concern for my dog being left in their freezer for an unknown amount of time. He offered to show up to the vet to try and get her, and was successful. He was able to process my order in just one day, and was so kind and genuine when reaching out to me. His support and services made such a big difference during this hard time, and made me feel like my sweet doggy was cared for til the very end. I cannot recommend Pet Passages enough to anyone seeking cremation services for their furry friend.
