We cannot thank Major Street Pet services enough for their care and consideration with the passing of our dog, and the services they offered. I was able to call in the afternoon and bring our pup in that same evening. Jamie was so genuinely empathetic on the phone with me right after our dog passed, and it meant a lot. She helped me easily sort out next best steps for our family. Tyler was so kind at both drop off and pick up. We could feel the care and consideration they took with their work, and we really appreciated this in the final moments with our sweet dog. I could not recommend them enough, and will definitely use them for future pet loss services.

I can’t thank Major Street Pet Services enough for the compassion and care they showed during one of the hardest moments of my life. Last August, I had to say goodbye to my childhood cat, Tiny my best friend—and they handled every step of the cremation process with such kindness, respect, and grace. It brought me comfort knowing my sweet girl was treated with the dignity she deserved. The paw prints they gave me is something I’ll treasure forever. I’m forever grateful for the gentle support they gave me in such a painful time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We just dropped off our sweet pup that passed over the weekend, and we already feel much better knowing she's in such great hands. From the second I called to make an appointment until we dropped her off and left, the staff was compassionate and caring. They met us at the car and were respectful and thoughtful and treated her with care. I found the pricing to be competitive with other places, and they include a basic urn and a paw print. They also offer a wonderful selection of memorial jewelry, to keep your pet with you. I'm not looking forward to it, but we will definitely use them again when the time comes.

They took care of our pet. Friendly service and helped us even after hours at the last minute. Thankful for their service. I will definitely use them in the future again with our other pets.

I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for the staff here. They treated me and my lil' Capone like family. They took special care of all the mementos made for me and they were incredibly compassionate and understanding.
