IPS Mortuary & Crematory

When my dad passed away it was the most difficult time in my life. IPS was very mindful and accommodating in a time where I was very overwhelmed. They eased the process and gave my father a beautiful funeral. I loved my dad very much, and wouldn't want nothing, but the best for him — IPS provided that at a good price. I genuinely appreciate IPS, and definitely would recommend.

These guys did my dad's funeral six months ago. They did such an amazing job, I am still thinking about how grateful I am for the work they did. We had some really stressful circumstances come up with my dad's death that complicated the funeral planning and IPS was so understanding and compassionate. I am not embellishing when I say that we could not have mourned and grieved the way we needed to had these guys not come through and saved the day. On top of that, the service was affordable and impeccable. My dad looked "great" (all things considering). Truly as if he were just asleep. They were prompt and patient. Multiple times we said "we wish you had a business in literally anything else so we could work with you again" because they were so good at their job. Cannot recommend them enough.

Our mother unexpectedly passed away recently and we had never before had to deal with something like planning a cremation or viewing; we had no experience with the ME’s office either. IPS was wonderful in explaining all the details regarding our mother’s death. IPS did not treat us like just a customer, they were kind, compassionate, respectful and understanding; they took the time to also find out who our mother was as a person. IPS went over every detail of the financial part of this with zero hidden fees. IPS took wonderful care of our mother and in this tragic time we couldn’t have asked for a better mortuary to work with! Thank you IPS for being so loving to our family during this difficult time.

IPS took incredible care of me when losing my loved one. IPS was also amazingly supportive of our dog so that she could participate fully in the viewing and say goodbye to her daddy. Kind, caring, integrity, are all appropriate adjectives.

My wife unexpectedly passed away and I had no understanding about what to do next. I went to a couple other funeral homes and one of them recommended me to IPS. I was so impressed with the services that they provided along with extreme compassion and respect that they had. This is a family ran business that started in 1984 and Geoff personally transported my wife and made sure everything was handled. I cannot say enough about these folks and would highly recommend them to anybody else in an unfortunate situation where a loved one has passed away.
