IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE TO MEDVET NORTHERN UTAH (excellent 24/7 service and they don't charge you out the wazoo for weekends or nights). DO NOT USE HEAVENLY ANIMALS. They say you can call 24/7 and that if they don't answer, they're just on the phone with another customer and will quickly return your call. NOPE. On one of the hardest nights of my life, my husband and I both called them multiple times and left several voicemails in desperation. Not only did they never answer, but they also never called us back. Seriously, never. This isn't what you want to be dealing with on top of the grief of losing a beloved pet. STAY AWAY. Again, MedVet Northern Utah really is worth the drive.
This place treats you like family and your pets as part of your family. We felt that they had a deep concern for our loss as if it were my own brother or sister that had just passed away. Very loving and touching people. I do recommend them to anyone that loves there pets as members of their own family.
