Horrible place. Not only did they mess up everything with her cremation but even just dropping her off there was blood all over the room and as soon as I tried putting my baby in the fridge there was a very bloated bleeding dog just thrown into the bottom of the fridge. Would’ve just left that part alone if it weren’t for them not getting her paw print or anything that we paid for. Horrible service horrible outcome. We got a box 3x the size of my cat with nothing else. Sucks that it happened on a Sunday and we couldn’t just take her to our regular vet. Again HORRIBLE place do not do service with them they will mess it all up.
They took wonderful care of my little fluffy. She was 17 years old when she passed way. They did such an amazing job with the cremation. Highly recommend to anyone in the area! R.I.P. Fluffy

Highly recommend this place. Staff was friendly and helpful. They really helped lighten the load- losing a pet is difficult and they really showed up to support us.
I unfortunately came home to an electric fire on 12/3 and lost all my pets in the process. I was very distraught and this company made things feel so easy and so comfortable during this time.
